Okay I joined today. I am 50 and would like to lose 50lbs. Wanted to lose 50 by my birthday but here I am. I exercise 3 times a week but can't stop eating. I am going to start tracking. Would like to lose 20 lbs by July if I keep motivated. Here goes....:drinker:

I am on Day One and looking forward to trying something new. I am a yo yo dieter so I am hoping that I will stick with this. Wish me luck and I will post my lbs loss (I hope!) each week.
