I don't know about calories burned but i use the sauna to detox my skin, flush out toxins and get rid of spots. It is great for the muscles and joints after exercise. It is also a great way to relax and de-stress after a long week or a hard day's work.

I'm a little behind as I've had a busy week (more like 2 weeks!) where i was especially tired and just needed more sleep time. Week one is almost done though. Can't wait to see what's in store for week 2. :smile:

I love wk2! Some of the moves are challenging, especially the ab work at the end. My form is improving as well and now I don't have to pause the DVD to watch for correct form as often. Jillian makes the craziest comments. She is definitely out there this week. :laugh:

I took break so I'm on day 3 but I'll catch up on the weekend! Like you I'm alos enjoying RI30 and my form is improving too! I just don't like the fast feet moves. Everything else is great though.

I took a rest day on Sunday so today is my 3rd day! DO any of you ladies like RI30 better than 30DS? I like this one better even though it is a little longer than 30DS.
