I started loving it the first week I joined a group at the Running Room! I have met amazing friends and it is a real motivation to show up for a run and see so many other people there! A year later I have just signed on to be a group leader!

I did a 60 minute Zumba class without being breathless and without feeling self conscious about how I looked! I can't wait to do that again!

I am a Canadian girl! Today the temperature is 1C (about 33F) and it is great running weather I think. The key to staying warm is dresing in layers. I don't do any more than 3 layers plus a hat and gloves. If it is too cold, I agree that going indoors is the best plan!

I love the feeling when I accomplish something I never thought I could or would do! Running makes me feel a sense of strength that is addictive. Not to mention the changes it is making to my body (where did my boobs go??!!) :laugh:
