  • i too was weary about eating them but have started having them for breakfeast on days i work out early. i have to eat before i work out but i find alot of food makes me not feel so great when working out early. i love it i eat them on the way to the gym or before a run and then i'm not starving when i'm done either.

  • i think its a great idea! i try to Exercise every day and some days its well over an hour but then others its just a half an hour so i will aim for atleast an hour a day!! i better get off my butt and get my hour in today lol

  • congrats to everyone making such great changes in your lives!! i couldn't walk for more then a km with out being tierd and out of breath and now i run. i finshed a half marathon. also i have alot more Patients. My husband likes that, he says a yell alot less lol
