You guys are all awesome! Thanks for the responses and ideas. Trying to keto on and take it one day at a time! Also, anyone know of a tasty type of almond to buy? My friend just bought wasabi and soy almonds, not too fond of spicy like that though. Would you suggest baking your own trail mix?
