Hi. I decided to try atkins in Jan because my doctor visit resulted in my doctor saying I am about to become a diabetic. So I did Atkins for about amonth and lost a few pounds. My downfall is that I start really craving sweets....and peppermint candy the most. I know that is weird, I should be craving chocolate right?…
