I log it as Pilates. Since I do not count the calories from exercise against the calories I eat, it doesnt matter to me as much as logging it in. Sorry I’m not more helpful here!

Exercise yes Tracking yes Calories no - 125 "cookie" calories over. Although this makes Pass #2 for me, I'm okay with it. In the past I would have beat myself up or binged. Not this time! My 15,701 steps probably made up for it, but I don't subtract from my calorie intake.

I too am unclear how to add someone. Any info anyone? I have been WFPB (with relaps) for about a year. Does anyone else get the “deprived” feeling andncave in? I truly believe in WFPB, but sometimes it is so hard to stick with it. I need a good kick! I would love it if this group became “active”!
