8/27 174.0/I'm happy to be starting off another round with a loss. At the beginning it was difficult to see the forest through the trees as my weight doesn't decrease very much throughout each 10 day period, but my SW is decreasing over time. My goal for this challenge is to get down to the 171's or to start the next challenge in the 171's. I want to move beyond this decade. I have a trip planned in a little less than a month and would love to lose 8 pounds by then.

@1991court that happened to me for the first couple of weeks I began exercising but don't give up and make sure to get enough water. Before you know it, it will start melting away faster and faster. I also suggest to take your measurments because one week I saw 0 pounds lost but 1 inch in measurments. You're body will start to change and you will fit into clothes better even if it doesn't seem like it because of the scale.

8/26 154.8 Impromptu much needed date night last night, adult beverages and fried appetizers but so w orth it. Last round was difficult, although I did pull it together at the end. My plan for this next 10 days is to continue my 5/7 days of exercise, log everything (some nights when I go off the rails I don't log) and get to152 for this round. My weight loss has slowed, but that is a direct result of my actions. Just remembering its a long game, not a sprint, and slow loss is still good because it is giving me more time to truly ingrain the habits and the lifestyle that will make this loss sustainable for the long haul.

8/27 WEIGH IN DAY 155.2 Hmmm...Too much snacking and not enough moving. Ate at maintenance yesterday. Today is Monday, a new week. I have had 2 rounds of stagnancy, this means that if I get a hold of my sticktoitiveness I can reach my 152.xx goal without much crying!
Time to refocus on why I am doing this.
1. I want to feel good about my body
2. Hard is good.
3. I like to work towards a goal.
4. I am setting an example for my family
5. This is the only body I get, and I want to take care of it
6. I really want to reach my goal and take an impromptu trip to Maui as a reward!

8/26 162.4 new week new start. Ate good, walked around with my hubby but my water needs to be better, 1 liter. Hope everyone has a great week!!

8/27 161.6 90 min of endurance challenges (plank, crunches, pushups, squats) ate delicious healthy food and drank 1.5 liters of water. Happy to see this number!!!! I know (from experience) that if I keep this up I will easily reach the 50s. Having said that though, I know once I start my 50s those 10 pounds will be way harder to take off from the last 15. Not going to think about that now though, just planning to keep moving forward.

8/26 - 121.6 Had a lot going on (again). I was able to stick to my plan of no added sugar. Telling myself "I'm done eating" is difficult. The worst time of the day is at night... it seems like once I eat, I continue eating. The "Kitchen is Closed" sign is going to have have a padlock on it! Goal is to live this life for God and to be continually thankful for the life he has given me. I need to take care of this body in the best way I can. Sometimes my mind gets a little obsessed with food and I cave in. Yes, I know what I am supposed to do, but it is so hard and sometimes I give in which creates a spiraling effect.

8/26 276.5 lbs -.05 lbs Good start again. Had some fajita chicken smothered in garlic butter sauce last night and thought I would hold or gain water. Nice to see neither happened.

8/27 276.5 lbs No change Not unexpected after so many days of good losses. Staying under calorie and carb limits. Last round I was well under those limits. Easing up a bit this round but still expecting to reach my goal for round 51.

8/26 Happy Sunday all!
Today – 133 pounds. I’m taking advantage of this beautiful day with less smoke in the air. Going for a walk with a friend on the green belt. Nice scenery. Squeezing in yard work. Glad to be outside again.

8/27 -Still holding at 133 pounds. Hoping this will break soon. Back at the gym tonight.

8/26 149 yikes! Well that is a jump up from yesterday of 1 1/2 pounds up from yesterday, but I had a wonderful night and knew I was going waaaay over.
8/27 148 The effects of the Saturday night dinner are going away. Only 1/2 pound to go. Nothing like started the 10 days on the hole 🙃 but at least it doesn’t last too long. I slept badly last night due to lots of muscle pain. Perhaps from over doing it at water fit on Friday? Or perhaps just my body not liking the swings in weight. Regardless I am going to give the pool another go this morning. Happy Monday everyone.

8/26- 157.2lbs when I stepped on the scale I was shocked to see this number. Yesterday was a tough day for me my 7month old daughter was extremely fussy all day. Would not take a nap for longer then 10mins, refusing her bottles, & crying non stop. The beauty of teething. & because of that I stress ate. Healthy snacks yes but way more than I should have. I was expecting to be back in the 60s after yesterday. So very please about this number. I plan on having a better day. I did take a very long walk yesterday so maybe that’s why the loss.

8/27- 157.4lbs totally expected this I been kinda sabotaging myself with my snacking. I’m going to try my best not not snack today because once I do I can’t stop.

8/26 – 175.3 lbs Today I am wearing a tank top in my own house for the first time in many years. I wasn’t even comfortable with wearing a tank top when I was home alone! I’m so motivated again after the huge loss last round.

8/27 – 174.8 (-0.5) I am just feeling so motivated right now. Went out and bought new a new exercise outfit today (as my old ones were sizes XL-XXL and now I’m a M-L). Was so happy trying on clothes, that I could have bought everything they had if my economy wasn’t crying for help hahah. It’s an indescribable feeling to actually feel good when trying on clothes. Finally starting physical therapy tomorrow and I’m so excited I’m not sure I’ll be able to sleep tonight. Really hope it can help with my super low blood pressure and my fainting. (I have Addison’s disease!

Nutrition Plan = Continue to limit gluten, dairy, sugar, diet soda, alcohol & eat non-processed foods, protein/fruit/veg at every meal, complex carbs at breakfast and post workout meal, drink plenty of water.

8/26 = 149.9 (no change from yesterday) My sleep and nutrition are struggling, those go hand in hand. I've not going enough sleep since Wednesday of last week and my nutrition choices are suffering for it. I haven't been going over calories, just not make the best choices. I plan to grocery shop and do some meal prep today and get this under control. I completed day 35 of my 90 day challenge exercises yesterday, so it is the start of week 6 exercises on the plan today. School starts back here this Thursday and I'm really looking forward to it for selfish reasons. As soon as my daughter gets on the bus, I have time in the mornings before work to be able to get a quick run in or go for a walk. Summers are hard for me getting my runs in because even though she is 12, I can't leave her home alone even for a quick run and my husband is rarely home due to work. Wishing everyone a great start to Round 51!

8/27 = 149.9 (no change from yesterday) This seems to be a pattern the last couple of rounds, sticking at a certain weight for a couple of days at the beginning. No worries here

Yesterday was a great exercise day, went for a 2 mile run, a 2 mile walk and did day 35 of 90: Body Squat to Knee Lift Crunch, Inchworms, Side Lunge to Front Lunge, Supermans with Alternating Extensions, Wall Hold Ups, Ninja Side Kicks, & Get Ups. My run felt really strong yesterday, I could feel new strength in my quads when I hit some hills. As a "recovering" distance runner, it has taken a while to settle in to doing these short runs instead but I am re-discovering my love of running in the process. It is much easier to love something that is making your body feel stronger compared to distance running which had evolved into something that was just taking a toll on my body with injuries. "Run often, run long, but never outrun your joy of running."
