Nutrition Plan = Continue to limit gluten, dairy, sugar, diet soda, alcohol & eat non-processed foods, protein/fruit/veg at every meal, complex carbs at breakfast and post workout meal, drink plenty of water.

I am traveling 3 days next week, I would lower my ambition in term of loss, so 58.9 kg would be a great achievement

I am struggling with motivation...and I've noticed a fairly strong correlation: When I actively am able to read everyone's progress posts, my motivation is HIGH. When I don't have Internet access or time to read, my motivation dips.
I'd like to think I can be my own motivation, but apparently I need a herd.16 -
