I did something similar when I lived in Guam, it worked fantastic for me! I lost close to 70 lbs. I'm watching my white carb intake now, but I still enjoy them from time to time. Feel free to add me if you'd like. I could always use more motivation!

LOL Love it! I had some yogurt, and I could barely get that down. I'll eat a little snack if I wake up in the middle of the night.

I've eaten around 1200, but I drank so much water with these workouts that it has filled me up. I'm going to stay up a couple of more hours and see if I get hungry before I head to bed.

Just do what you can do; take it slower if you need to and don't do as many reps as they do in the video. Remember, they're professionals. They do this all the time.
