I love Tracy Effinger's Squeeze dvd. I know I say that on a lot of posts, but it's a workout I really believe it. I have noticed a big difference in my core strength, arm definition, and inner thighs. It is best for toning though, and not cardio. You look great though! Keep up the good work!

I mean your bmi is at a healthy weight, I think. Maybe you could focus on toning/losing inches instead of losing weight. I have the same issues. I have large breasts, wide hips and a tiny waist. Lots of water! I splash a little 100% cranberry juice or tart cherry juice in my water for a little flavor (and calories), but it helps with my cravings throughout the day.

I don't. My cramps are so bad that I do very little other than lay in bed with a heating pad and a cup of hot tea. I do, however, exercise on the last day of my period when my cramps aren't so bad.

I had more of a belly when I started, but I've done a mix of pilates (which hasn't shrunk the fat, but has made my core stronger) and lots of cardio. I still have belly fat but it's shrinking.
