My legs, most of all! They're not slim but they're very strong and toned looking. I also am starting to love my waist. My waist has always been small-ish with a lot of tummy flab above and below, but it's starting to change. I keep touching it because I can't believe how tiny it is now.

I would get a second opinion, honestly. Your body needs calories just to function properly. And 1200 is the amount of calories recommended for a 7-year old boy to put that in perspective!

What studies say this? It seems like that came from a women's magazine from Cosmo. Trust your heart and your instincts. Remember everyone's different. Some people only need to date one person; some people date 50--and that's ok!

I have an overweight cat. She's lost 1.75lbs so far and needs to lose about 1.5lbs more. But the thing that works for her is portion control and feeding her the same times everyday. I drink whole milk personally. It keeps me fuller longer, so I don't need a lot...and I really just use it in my coffee.
