I lost from my waist first too. I haven't lost much from my hips at all.

I've lost about 20lbs and I carry weight in my bust, thighs and the area right below my bellybutton (my "pooch"). Before I was 36DDD and now I'm a 34D/34DD (depending on the brand). I'm hoping to lose about 20 more pounds. So hopefully I'll lose just a bit more! :)

I'm 5'2 and 150lbs. I don't think I look fat: my measurements are 40-29-40. It really depends on where you carry your weight. Everyone is different. :)
