I like Wacoal or Le Mystere. But go get fitted! It's really the best way to find the perfect bra.

I tend to tear my food into teeny tiny pieces and then eat it.

It's depends on your bone structure. People with wide hip bones are more likely to get thigh gaps. Focus on being healthy and not the space between your thighs.

To increase my workouts from 3x a week to 5x a week.

My boyfriend's skinny fat. But I'd love him however he is. :)

Try the skinny mocha soy latte instead. Only 100 calories and 2g of sugar, I believe!

When I started, I was 175lbs and wore a size XL shirt and size 12 pants. After a year, I'm 153lbs and I wear a medium in shirts and size 8 in pants. My goal weight is 125lbs (I'm 5'2") so who knows how small I'll be then!

My family's religious too (or at least my parents are), and I'm bisexual, but I have no need to really tell them right now. It's not their business. It's not that I'm ashamed of it. I came out in college and I've enjoyed relationships with men and women. But I'm not close or have any sort of meaningful relationship with…

Well, I took a week off because I had been exercising 3-7 times a week for nearly a year, so I wanted to give my body a full week's rest to recharge and recover. I feel so much better, but I think you're taking a week off for different reasons! Best of luck!

I'm not weighing daily anymore. I just got so frustrated. So I'm weighing monthly instead.

I'm 5'2.75" but my goal is 125lbs.

When you go to the gym, do you do mostly cardio? Or relatively the same thing every time? A little change in routine would help. Like lifting weights instead or using the elliptical rather than the exercise bike.

Wow. That's so rude. :(

Roasting veggies is a great way to eat them (put veggies in a pan with a bit of olive oil/salt/pepper, preheat oven to 400, and cook until tender and lightly browned). Invest in some really awesome veggie cookbooks. You can find a lot at your local library. My favorites are: Love Soup by Anna Thomas The Vegetarian Epicure…

My gym membership is ending at the end of the year, so I'm really nervous about completing c25k without the help of a treadmill and a temperature controlled room. But running outside is something that I'm going to try first, before I wait till it gets warmer. I don't think it's giving up especially if you continue to…

Don't go back to him. It will destroy you, even if you both want to make it work. I'm speaking from experience.

I'm taking a break from exercise for the most part. I will try to stay active with with daily walks and stuff, but I won't worry about intense workouts. As for food: no buying unhealthy snack foods (like pizza and icecream). Instead, I have made a lot of veggie soup that I can just heat up when I'm hungry and don't want to…

I use little goals for myself. Currently my goal weight is listed at 139lbs, which is when I (finally) read a healthy BMI. It's not my ultimate goal weight, but it's not far off either (9lbs). When I reach that goal, I intend to celebrate by buying myself a little gift. And then I'll have another little mini-goal after…

Tracy Effinger's Squeeze Piloxing Booty Barre Peak 10 Xtreme Timesaver Training (not really fun but good if you like circuit training)

I totally think those are great gifts. Congrats on ending therapy! I know I was really proud of myself when I finished working through many of my issues. I was in therapy for three years and at the end, I thank her with a card and a small teacup that I thought she'd like from a vintage store.

I love Moving Comfort's bras.

Evening primrose oil. I take 4 capsules every day (2 in the morning, 2 in the evening). I've done this for two months, and I've noticed a real difference pain-wise. I still have cramps, but they're a dull pain instead of that sharp awful pain.

It depends on what he's eating, I guess. I have a friend who's bf eats fast food for almost every meal and its hard for her to stay on track because eating her own food makes her feel rude. I've suggested that she cook for him, but she says that he doesn't like any vegetables. So...yeah. My boyfriend tends to eat/bake…
