My heavy text book.

I eat in moderation. I have a little portion of whatever I want, and that works for me. :)

Work on building muscle. Lifting weights is a great way to do this. Find something that you enjoying doing. I personally love pilates and the dvd Squeeze for strength training, and I have definitely noticed a difference in my body since incorporating weights into my routine.

Yeah it's totally normal. When I started last year I was a 36E and now I'm a 34D (I lost 30lbs). It's kind of sad to see my boobs get smaller, but it's a lot better for my back and appearance.

I LOVE Squeeze by Tracy Effinger for strength training and running for cardio. Squeeze is very low impact and really works areas like the arms, belly, and legs with tiny ballet/pilates like movements. I used to lift heavier weights and do circuit training more and I got stronger, but since using Squeeze, I've finally…

I've been a vegetarian for 5 years. Fee free to add me! :D

Less salt, more water?

The bottom half of my tummy. It's getting smaller with diet and exercise, but it's still there.

Burt's Bees Radiance is my favorite.

I totally understand about the pant size thing. I weigh 149lbs and wear size 6 jeans comfortably. I think I just have a small frame as well, so my weight distributes differently. Awesome job though! You've worked so hard and accomplished so much!

I would say junk. Just make you're own black bean burgers. OR, if you must have frozen burgers, Amy's Organic are pretty good health-wise and taste-wise.
-
You look amazing. So beautiful. Great job!

Soup is my favorite thing. And it has been amazing for keeping off the weight and losing weight. Love Soup by Anna Thomas is an AMAZING cookbook.

When I was working as a waitress, I once had a family come in and they spent about $70. They left $.15 on the table for tip. The service wasn't bad at all (in fact they were the only ones in the restaurant at the time). I think lots of people don't realize that waiters essentially live off tips and not the $2.00 hourly…

WOW! That is an incredible change! My lord, keep up the AMAZING work!

I have endometrosis, and I have found that exercise and eating clean/right have really helped with the chronic pain. I don't eat foods with hormones. I eat a lot of leafy green veggies. And I don't eat any fast-food or pre-packaged meals. I also take evening primrose oil, which has helped as well. There's no medical data…

I drink a glass of wine a couple times a week with dinner. But that it. I drank more in college sometimes, but I've grown past that. I don't like getting drunk AT ALL. I just like the taste of wine, really.
-
If you don't really drink wine, I would ask if they could get a white zinfandel or a grenache (which is a nice fruity red). But with the choices you have I would go with the white wine. Champagne is always really disappointing unless its good French champagne, which is generally expensive. And merlot, for me, can be really…

All fast food. And any food from food chain restaurants (Applebee's, Chili's, etc).

Congratulations! You BOTH look absolutely amazing.

Pink lady for eating and granny smith for baking!

I'm on week 3 and I really like running. I feel accomplished and free and I feel like I'm getting fitter. But I haven't lost any weight since starting C25K, which is a little frustrating. Feel free to add me. :)

This!

That's faster than me too! I do about 2.3 miles in 30 minutes.

Somewhere between 125-130lbs. I'm 5'2.5".

I met my first crush/first love when I was 12 at church and I had a crush on him for 4 years. I think he liked me too. We would sit next to each other during the service and hold hands during prayer time. It was really innocent and our parents thought we were too young to date. He ended up moving away when I was a junior…

Asian grocery stores have a lot of cheap produce, rice, and other things. I got a 15lbs bag of brown rice there for about $20 and that lasted me about 6-8 months.

Feel free to add me!
