  • my pants getting too loose at the waist and thigh areas.
  • Keep it up- it is frustrating. I started at 202 and am currently 188. I stay between 1200-1400 calories/day, also do not eat back my exercise calories. I do home Fitness DVD's at home 6 days/week (specificlly the Turbofire program) for as large as I am- with just the calorie reduction alone- I feel the pounds should be…

I was exhausted fter 10 mins like you. my leg muscles quivered, they felt like lead bricks- I did that first 30 minute DVD in a total of 55 minutes b/c I had to pause the DVD to rest. I'm now on week 5 and can make it fully…

As to exercise calories burned predictions- I was convinced they were overestimating- I…

  • I would say start aiming for the 1200 calories and eating back at least part of your exercise calories (the reason I say part is b/c I think MFP is not too accurate at calculating calories burned) and then tailor your caloric intake to how well/poorly your body responds- I try to eat 1200 calories/day. period. I do not eat…

If I only weigh weekly- I tend to have poorer eating habits at the beginning of the week and then try to "catch up" with my calories reduction for the end of the week and usually have poorer weigh loss.
