I've been having physio for a back injury and have been given lots of exercises for strengthening my core; just type it into google. I think mine are from Nuffield health but there's lots out there, maybe even YouTube aswell for demo videos.

I'm in a town called Darlington, in the true North! (North East) I've never understood why people say Manchester is North.. I class it as midlands!
