  • Thanks for this! I'm not sure about websites, but most Wimpy's and Steer's will give you a nutritional booklet if you ask for one. Plus Spur has a nutritional calculator on its website, which is how I discovered that an original Spur burger has almost 1400 calories! Excluding the chips!
  • I'd like to know this too!
  • I weigh on a Thursday morning (no real reason for the day, I think I started my 'diet' on a Thursday), with only my underwear on and before eating breakfast.
  • I'm in the same boat:) I'm 5'10:, 66.5kgs and also crave fatty, salty foods. Its a daily struggle! Plus I totally understand that whole skinny-fat thing, where we may look skinny, but need some serious toning:) Just know you are not alone:flowerforyou:
  • Height: 5'10" Weight: 146 lbs Age: 28 (F) BMR : 1486 I usually aim for around 1500 cals a day and have been losing half a lb a week.
  • In South Africa, its quite common to ask for the remainder of your food as a 'doggy bag'– most of the time if you haven't finished your plate the waiter will ask you if you'd like it to go. In terms of tupperware, though, that's a new one, but as long as it doesn't phase you I say go for it!
