Thanks for your response, Mike. I am not concerned with appearance - I am just worried about over stressing my muscles and causing an injury. It probably doesn't sound like a lot of exercise to the properly fit, but to me it sound huge!

Day 4, level 2 done and dusted. I felt much better after today - it is getting easier already. I am using 3kg hand weights, might up it to 4kg from day 6... maybe!

Day two, level two done! I wanted to vomit at the end of it... it'll be worth it!

I like it! Ok, day two today. I am really throwing myself into it this time - trying to keep the moves as slow and strong as possible. By the end I want to die, so it must be working.

I started today! Started at level two, will be mixing the three levels up a little. And, funnily enough, I am living in Vietnam!

Sorry - I mucked up! I have my diary set at 1500 calories, but then I add on 300 calories for Breast Feeding. So, in total, I am consuming 1800 calories a day and still comfortably losing weight.

To clarify, are the oats regular whole rolled oats? Or, do you blitz them up first so they are more like flour?

I am losing weight, whilst breastfeeding, at 1500 cals per day. I am having no issues with supply, but I also take a herb called Fenugreek to help keep my supply up. I take two in the morning, and then if I am very active through the day or tired I take another two after lunch. They definitely help. Fenugreek is completely…
