Thanks I had been into JB HIFI and they said no. Might try their on line store. Although there is a lot of titles on ebay never thought to try there. It would be hard to choose from so many.

This is a tough one. I found it very hard to buy workout clothes when I was larger size 22 to 24. I even went to specialty stores who were less then helpful. Instead aim for achieving something reachable. Like doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred. Timing it so that you do day 30 on your birthday. That gives you 2 rest days. Take before and after photos. i've already registered. will try and see if i can be added to your group. i have also joined the special k one. I love the recipes i got from it. a nice change to our usual menu and it was free to join. I mostly only use it for the evening meal recipes.

Maybe try adding some vegetables eg grated zucchini, carrott, corn, about a cup of flour, some seasoning and herbs, and bake in a quiche style dish, probably around 180deg for maybe 45mins check to see if its cooked through. may take a little longer or bake in 2 or even 3 dishes. I love the recipes in Symply too good to be true. I have also looked at the special K site and registered and they have some great recipes also. I try to eat fresh and cook all my own. i also find drinking green tea a benefit. Good Luck on your weight loss journey.
