Back from 2 weeks away for a wedding and bad food choices. Todays smoothie to start pumpimg in some goodness. Blueberries, banana, kale, coconut water, cinnamon, wheatgrass powder, ground flaxmeal. Sunday Report :- Rather happy with my efforts but know I can do better.
