      Hi Amelia, you will find there are lots of us fellow aussies here. Happy to be a friend and help each other with motivation. I was very successfull with losing 30kgs a few years back using this site. Alas I have put it all back on, (life was challenging me from many directions) but I am back and motivated. I've done it before and can do it again.
