I'm getting over pneumonia. Starting to feel better, doctors tomorrow hope to get a good report and start back into light exercise. Know your faults. What (if anything) has sabotaged you in the past? Remove those negative influences, people, and environments and make the change.

nonnalynn - I don't know if I am invisible or just ignored. On facebook my statuses go without comments or likes, when in traffic and I get cut off I am sure I am driving my invisible car, on MFP I too am skipped over or ignored. Maybe I am just boring. 1.6km = 22mins Walking on treadmill at 4.5km Push Ups = 20 in 1 minute. On knees and could improve on form. Sit Up = 15 in 1 minute. I did what I call full ones. TOPIC FOR THE WEEK LIFE LESSONS YOU HAVE LEARNT One lesson my mother has taught me is to always cook with love. If you don't feel like cooking or cant do it with a good vibration don't. Let some one else prepare the meal or take time out and get in a better mood if that fails. A simple meal eg. bread and cheese.
