nothing....my change in diet has actually caused some problems. Yesterday, he brought cake and ice cream.....I have never brought cake and ice cream other than birthdays...

Treadmill: For me, I set it at a steady pace and can go for an hour and not stop but I hold on. I like the temperature control and watching TV while im on it. It doesn't work! I have done it plenty of times for weigh-ins but the water weight will always come back. DOn't do it it's a false reading on the scale. I don't do it any more and i'm trying to do it right this time.

The best way to get better at something is to JUST DO IT!. I felt the same about running but I started with run to the light post then walk to the next and so on. With time you run more and walk less until you are just running. Anything is better than nothing so any form of physical activity is good.:smile:
