I think its a great combo. I recommend doing the 30 day shred and run every other day. On the days you do the shred just run a shorter distance

My cheat day and rest day are not on the same day.

I have a cheat meal every week and when I do, I also perform double workouts that day. So I know Saturday is my pizza and wine for lunch so that morning and evening I'm at the gym.

Any diet/exercise plan works with commitment and dedication. Insanity does work for me. I haven't dropped weight as fast as I would like but I definitely feel stronger and my endurance has improved. Doing the program 6 days a week was to intense for my back and knees but I do it 4 times a week.

I really didn't want to go workout but I did so I am proud of myself for that.

IMO......If your over 300 lbs I would say cardio is the way to go. Then once you built some endurance start incorporating weights to tone up.

Weight loss is simple. Its the commitment and dedication that it takes thats hard. For me anyways..:0) Just keep going! if you slip one day, just try again. Best of luck

I love beach body products. I have done P90x, Insanity, and Turbo Fire. I like them all but my favorite is Turbo fire. Like Nike, Just Do It. P90X- requires equipment Isanity and Turbo Fire is body weight

No excuses though 9/22-144.6 :0( 5lbs in a month sounded easy enough but we are over half way thru the month and i'm only down 2 lbs. What can I do better? I will take any advice. 9/29-142 not quite 5 lbs but I guess any weight loss…

I loved the gym, until I had to cut back on my finances and it had to go. So I started hitting the road and dusted of my old workout DVD's I ordered but never stuck to the program. Now I love to be outdoors and just creative. I switch out the DVD's daily and either run or walk new routes :0)

I have done turbo fire, turbo jam, p90x, Insanity and Asylum. There are pro's and con's to them all. Out of all of them Insanity provided the quickest result but at a cost. If you have knee /joint problems, it was extremely difficult but I just modified the jumping part. Right now, I rotate thru them. So I don't follow the…
