I could not do them either but after a few rounds of Jillian Michales 30 day shred, I can do about 8 or so. I do the shred with 5 lb weights, but I am thinking of moving up to the next higher ones after I finish this round of the Shred.

They have a fantastic spinach kale dip that is only 35 calories per 2 tablespoons. It is great for dipping veggies or spread on a piece of bread. I love their hummus and thier salad dressings are amazing too!! We have to drive over an hour for the closest one and I try to stock up on things I love.

I recently had a suger free pudding and it was fantastic and only had 60 calories. My kids ate the rest. I want to get more soon because is was very rewarding.

Hi I am 43. Will be 44 in June. I have around 14 lbs. to get to my goal weight of 140. It is nice to have others for support on this journey.

I have it too!! it is slowley getting a little smaller, but still pretty bad. I have always been self contious about it when wearing shirts. I have been walking, done the 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30.

Good job! I did the Shred and then did Ripped. I am a little dissapointed because I do not see any changes in my weight and only minimal inches lost. I lost maybe .5 inches on my waist and maybe an inch off my hips...I will keep going though. I am going to do the Shred again starting Thursday. I figure...just keep doing…

i just weighed my self on my Wii Fit and and in 6 weeks, I have lost 2.6 lbs. I have been losing slow. I just recently upped my calories from 1200 to around 1650 or so. I had a hard time on some of the moves too. I am currnetly doing Ripped in 30 and some of the moves a hard as well. I would recomend to keep plugging away. Focus on the modified moves and do them the best you can. They do get a little easier each day you try them. Do not feel down!! It is a hard workout!! Just do the best…

I have done 30 Day Shred and I am a little over half way done with Ripped. I like them both. Ripped is a little more challenging than the Shred was in my opinion. I dread doing the workouts, but when I finish I feel great about it. And I am seeing results!!

You could try Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. It is an excercise dvd. Lots of people have great results from doing it for 30 days. I lost an inch around my waist doing it.

Level 2 day 4 down. I will be glad when I can move on to week 3. I do not like level 2 at all!!

I did level 2 day 1 today and it kicked my butt!! I felt very uncordinated doing some of the moves. I sure hope it gets easier!!

Last night was my second day on level one. I just finished the 30 day shred, so I did not have a lot of trouble with level one of Ripped. My legs hurt pretty bad though. I just finished it. It is tough but the results are fantastic. I lost over an inch around my waist.

I started level 3 today and it was a killer!! I actually started liking level 2. After, I finish the shred I am doing Ripped in 30. I have not really lost much weight so far, but I feel better and I have lost around an inch off my waist so far.

I love bagel thins and sandwich thins. The bagel thins are only 110 cals. I like to eat them with ligh cream cheese and sliced tomato. It is very filling!!
