  • I'm at 219 right now. I think my first goal is to get to 149 to be at a "normal" BMI. Then, I think I'll shoot for 135. I was very very briefly at 128 and got so many negative comments about looking sickly. It really confused the heck out of me because I still wore a freaking size 12. Sorry to get off on that tangent!
  • This is my first time. I am in for 40 treadmill/elliptical miles :)
  • I must pee right before falling asleep. If I don't fall asleep within about 5 minutes of getting into bed I must get up and go again. There are nights that I will do this 5 or 6 times before falling asleep.

  • I had an absolutely horrible time with my periods due to the hashi's. I would spot for a week...have my period for a full week...have a week off...and then start back over with the spotting again. It was also extremely heavy. Unfortunately even after getting my levels normal and keeping them there, the periods never eased…

  • My favorite snack is half of a cucumber chopped up and covered in 1 Tbsp of a raspberry vinegarette dressing, It is sooo yummy and only about 50 calories.
