Yawning?
So, every time I exercise I start yawning and it drives me insane!! I'm not tired at all, but it will start as soon as I start my routine and I look like a lazy fool at the gym. haha!! Levels normal, but I still feel terrible

Small NSV
I realized today that I haven't eaten fast food in over 2 weeks!! I know this is small, but it is huge to me. I used to eat fast food at least once a week and sometimes 2 to 3. Feet going numb?
It doesn't happen every time, but it does happen quite a bit. My feet will go numb. It is usually my toes when I am on the treadmill and my heels when I am on the elliptical. I have checked to make sure that I am not tying my shoes too tight. Is this normal?
