I would think it would be fine to use a swiss ball. The Supreme 90 series uses a swiss ball as a bench and it seems to work pretty well. Plus you get the added ab workout from trying to stay balanced! Hope that helps! Tracy

I use the arnolds sandwich thins to make pizza's. The top and bottom with sauce and mozz. cheese is only about 200 calories...yummo!

The holidays are rough for me. I decided to set my calorie level to maintenance from now until New Year's and I won't eat back my exercise calories. That way I won't feel totally deprived. We can all do this together!! Good luck!
