I have been wanting to wear them to the gym but I am a little unsteady on my feet just walking to my boys school. I don't expect them to help me lose weight just maybe assist in strengthening a muscle or two. I guess I will wear them for a while before I take them for a test drive at the gym. I don't care much for jelly but I love simply fruit by Smuckers. I really have to limit my bread intake so I will have a teaspoon of peanut-butter and my simply fruit.

My surgeon has me at 1200 calories a day and he is pretty famous out here in AZ. MFP's calculations are exactly right. I try not to eat back the calories I gain from working out but well truth be told that can be hard to avoid.

Oh how I miss the days when I could plan my day in the morning. LOL now that I have a 4 and 7 year old the only thing that goes according to plan is waking up in the morning and going to sleep at night.

I am new to the whole calorie counting thing. I usually have to stumble across the things that end up working for me. This process was no different. Some times my train is the last one to pull into the station. :tongue:

Wow, You are da BOMB!!! I have the lap-band and so far I am down 50lbs. I really suffer from PTSD (well earned). I used to be a brick house but the last few years have taken their toll on me. I am going to the gym tomorrow come Heck or high water and get back to where I used to be. Luv your story.
