Not sure who is saying to eat below your BMR but you are not supposed to. That is the bare minimum you are supposed to eat. You are supposed to eat below your TDEE. Find out what your TDEE is and eat 15% to 20% below that. Also if you are very active, then you need adjust for that as well.

BMR is the minimum you need to eat. TDEE is the most you are supposed to eat and still maintain. You need to find a balance between the two. Some people eat 20% below their TDEE and some eat 100 to 200 above their BMR. It's whatever works for your body and make you also feel good.

I have never heard that, but maybe they are thinking of the sugars in it and it may cause some people to have a spike or a drop in the blood sugar? Either way I have never heard anyone say that and I have had a banana on an empty stomach many, many times.

I allow myself one day too. I think it helps a ton and keeps me on track.

Once you watch it, your life will never be the same. Ever time I hear a noise that sounds like the TARDIS, I get all fangirl squeaky and wanna run out and catch The Doctor.

I discovered Sherlock and IT crowd on Netflix. I have to watch all new BBC stuff on ONdemand too. As of late, I am rewatching Buffy. I can't concentrate on anything new since my life is topsy turvy right now, so Buffy it is for now.

What about the new BBC Sherlock and IT Crowd???? Any one hit on those yet? :) I'd marry Moss if he were real and I wasn't already married.

The Doctor rocks my world, Red Dwarf is awesome and my big red pick up has a license plate that says REDDWRF. :) You can send me a request if you like. I as you can see, consider myself a big nerd.

Read what? They are correct that Stevia isn't fake. It comes from a plant. It's not a chemical like aspartame nor is it chemically mixed with sugar like splenda. And just like anything in life, it can cause problems in some people. But so do peanuts, milk, wheat etc.......
-
I use it. You don't have to use much because it is extra sweet, so a little bit goes a long way. I also bought the kind that is mixed with sugar for baking.

It is an awesome book!!!

Yeah I figured that would be the case but was just curious what one seems to work the best for most of the people here. :)

I love it and it DOES not make your face look bigger. PS I don't sugar coat so if I didn't like it, I wouldn't say anything at all.
-
I wish someone would say it to me. But alas, I have never been considered pretty. I have been called kind of okay looking but not pretty. So at least you have a pretty face. :)

I haven't really been yoyo dieting. I had two surgeries in the last 3 years so I haven't been paying attention to what I have been eating. My average days calories would probably be 2500 to 3000 calores, if I went back and journaled. Then this year I didn't really start working on my weight till June. I am eating at my…
