I lost 40lbs since March eating pretty much healthy: fruits, veggies, lean meats, nuts lots of cheese but also my dose of daily chocolate and twice a week we eat pizza and some other form of restaurant food. So no there really isn't a secret food you need to eat. Just eat less and move more.

Then why not just do that then, instead of the juice fasting? Don't you think you will probably stick to your macros better for 30 days better instead of juicing? And doesn't real food sound better than just juicing?

Lots of walking, lifting weights, portion control, using a food scale, eating well balanced meals and fitting in extra mini workouts, like squats or push ups while waiting for my food to cook.

Have you tried the stevia mixed with sugar, it is called Purveia? It doesn't have the stevia after taste as much and it is much sweeter than plain sugar so you use way less. That is what I use in my coffee.

Sometimes when we think we are diligently measuring but we may not always be. One cup of pasta may not actually be one cup. Some people pack in that cup. A food scale is a better tool to use then a measuring cup. I do not know if that is how you are measuring. Just a thought.

There are a lot of exercises you can do while sitting down. Since it is just your ankle, you are not too bed ridden. You can still do arm exercsies and such. Also, I would work on not trying to lose XX amount of lbs in XX amount of days. if this guy is worth it, he won't care what you look like.
