I wasn't sure where to post this but I have severe PMDD and am quite frankly sick of it. I was just reading about chromium and how it has helped people. I was wondering if other ladies had similar stories? Exercise and diet have only helped a little. I need something more to get it under control. :)

Any other obese people in this group?
I am looking to add some friends who have a lot to lose like I do, but who actually eat above their BMR. It seems alot of the people I have met eat 1200 or less a day, even though they have 100lbs to lose. I just can't get onboard with that.

I have another question....
So there seems to be a ton of calculators to find ones BMR and TDEE. Which one seems to be the most accurate? I used scooby's but it seems to give the highest number out of the other ones I have seen. I want to make sure I am eating what I should be eating and not too much and definitely not too little.
