I read some reviews on Amazon about it and another one. The biggest complaint with the polar one is that it kept losing signal with the phone. Zephyr is the other brand and people said it had less of that issue. I am thinking of getting one too. Leaning towards the Zephyr.

My husband and my teenaged son. They eat what I cook and if they don't like it, the starve. I don't make special meals for them. I'd only do that if they had some kind of medical condition. I want them to eat healthy too, so we all eat the same stuff

If you mean added sugar, like anything processed food or white sugar, honey, HFCS etc, then I limit mine to 50 grams a day. They don't mean natural sugar in fruit or dairy. Out of respect for the people who were murdered, I would not if I had knowledge. There was a man back in the late 70's early 80's who murdered and molested boys in his home. Id talk to a doctor since you are nursing. The good people of MFP can only speculate what's is right for your body right now. I think the best thing to do is talk to your doctor and then get in touch with a dietitian.
