You can have cramping and spot even if it's not your period. The reason for it could be so many, the only way to find out is to have your doctor examine you. You can only get guesses on here and that is not going to help you.

I don't have a cheat day. I taper my calories so on Saturday I eat more calories than the rest of the week but since this is planned and I plan to do this forever, I do not consider it a cheat.

Crazy! Topomax has a ton of side effects and none are pleasant. I took topomax for pmdd and anxiety and it made me dumber than bag of rocks and I felt sluggish and zombielike. Yeah. I'm freakin' huge and would feel bad if I got on a horse. So yeah, I don't think extremely heavy people should ride horses. I have seen some horses around here and their backs look sunken in. Is this due to heavy loads or something else?

The more damage that you do to your body, the more likely you will have saggy skin. You are still young so I assume you haven't gotten fat lost a ton, got fat again and lost it and repeat again and again. So if you lose at a healthy rate and other factors like genetics do not come into play, you will more than likely not…

I have gained 10lbs just from TOM before, so no it's not just you. Now that I take blood pressure meds that have a diuretic in them, I don't gain nearly as much. Maybe 2lbs at the most now.

I think people should do both. I personally love how cardio reduces my stress and anxiety and how each session I buildnup more endurance. I also love strength training equally because I love to feel strong and the shape it gives my body.
