I understand the need to talk to a doctor. I did that today. I guess I just wanted other real life experiences with it.

I eat pizza once a week and still lose.

Ha ha ha love that you assumed that I assumed. I was just saying that it could happen. What you eat now could affect you 10 years from now. Eat all the junk ya want. It may or may not do something to your health down the line. My point was I don't get why people worry what others are eating. Let people eat what they want…

Not to be rude, but why does it matter to you? Whatever they are eating is their journey. Just enjoy your healthy eating and keep it up. They will learn in time either through heart attacks, high cholesterol or diabetes or whatever aliment that eating junk all day is not healthy. Even if one does lose weight. Just keep…

Low GI goods and taking away diet sodas is an excellent plan for people with any kind of insulin resistance. I stopped diet soda about a month ago and noticed an improvement.

I guess I will play along as well. I am a 36 y.o. whose brain thinks she is still 20 something. I have been happily married since I was 18 to my wonderful hubby. We have one kid who will be *gasp* 17 on the 20th. I have to admit, I did not fully embrace my geeky side till my 20's. Before that I was a hardcore punk chic. I…

I had an old fart one time ask me to roll down my window and when I did, he said "Just wanted to tell you how ugly you are. And how does your car keep moving with all that load it has to move around." I told him to go **** off and have a heart attack. Yeah mean of me to say but he was an *kitten* and what he said was…

Iif it is just a cold and as long as you do not have a fever, you should be okay. If you are taking Sudafed then be mindful of your heart rate.

You can totally do this without surgery!!! And even if you have surgery, you still have to eat healthy, so why not do it without having major surgery?

Well that is a huge plus in my book but I loved running. I loved the feeling of being able to do more and more and watch the earth move quickly under my feet. The same with cycling. :) It's an amazing feeling.

I wasn't sad to see Amy go. There was something about her that just got on my nerves. I really don't know why. But I loved Rory probably because he reminds me of my man. :). I was actually sad for the Doctor more than for myself, when they both left. Broke my heart to see him so sad. My favorite companion is Donna and…

I was just gonna say, use in place of road map. And you never deduct from BMR, you deduct form your TDEE. You need to find a calculator that factors in your body fat % for it to be as close to accurate.

I did WW for years. Then they changed to the pointplus and I didn't lose at all. I find counting calories is much easier. And one thing I hate about WW is that they count all fats as bad. Good fats like avocados, olive oil etc have the same points value as bad fats. I will never understand that one. Counting calories is…

My mom has always been "thin" and she eats the most unhealthiest food ever. And now she is paying for it with bad joints and high blood pressure. She is still "thin" She is 5'9 and weighs 118lbs.

Neither.

No. The only pressure I feel is from my own self. I just wanna be healthy and toned. Besides I have a small waist and big hips, so no matter what size I have been, it has always been that way. And that is fine with me. Society can think whatever they want .
