  • those yogurts are full of sugar. most have 19 g's of sugar! thats more than half of how much sugar i should eat in one day! but plain yogurt and add your own things to it!
  • I would fail miserably if i tried to deprive myself. I have a bite or two of the things im craving sometimes, and thats all. But if i must give in, I make sure i log everything i put in my mouth and just make sure i factor it into my calories for the day. oh and i think having a cheat day once in a while is a must!!

  • I got mirena about 6 weeks ago, about the same time I decided I wanted to start losing weight. so far Ive lost about 12 pounds, and other than spotting and some cramps , I really cant say anything negative about it. and it is great to not have to worry about taking pills or anything. I would recommend it!
