I thought I was eating in a surplus! Considering my height and weight I'm not even 5ft and 6st 8lb. At the moment the lifts feel very I heavy hand I'm increasing as much as possible as quick as I can. Shouldn't I be doing hypertrophy rather than strength? And protein wise is minimum 130, if you can have a look at my diary…

OH! Also dark chocolate chips sprinkled in make them SUPER moist and taste sooooo good! And add some raisins/muesli for added texture :)

Bananas and an extra egg white will make it more moist, and blueberries work amazingly well for making them moist too :)

hey, i'd like to join! Im actually not even 5ft! haha, i'm 4ft 11 =) currently weighing 55kg. July hasn't been a great month for me =/ was my 21st birthday so I relaxed to the extreme, but Im hoping to really stick to it in August! Knuckle down on my eating, and exercise 5/6 days a week =)

I would eat more protein if I were you. I used to eat TONS of pasta, four meals of it a week or so. Since starting to loose weight I havn't had any. Could just be the sheer amount of different exercises and the pace - and there is a lot of leg work, squats can be a right killer!

Ive started the 30DS as well, I don't have the proper dvd either, following Youtube, I didnt realise you were supposed to do each Level for a certain amount of time! I'm on Level 2 now, and have been for a couple of weeks =/ How long are you supposed to stay at Level 2 for please? To be honest I still struggle with it…
