  • 0.3x your bodyweight in pounds?
  • Same thing happened to me . . . got down to 7st, then kept dropping until I hit 6st6lb . . . then I went on holiday to Vegas and have buffets everyday, came back and went up to 7st! :D The key for me, eating - lots! aha I was having BIG breakfasts and eating late at night! Then again I was on holiday and I didn't actually…

  • I don't know about everyone else, but I took T6 fat burners . . . I did so on work out days at first but because they made my heart beat so fast I was throwing up! So stopped taking them on workout days . . they still made my heart pound on non workout days and everything seemed very 'focused'. I think they affect people…
  • Any little ladies out there who want to add me feel free too. I'm 4ft 11 inches. I was 9st 12lb (138lb) then went down to 6st 6lb (90lb). • Hey, I dont have any experience with injury so wouldn't know how much it would hold you back, but might be worth just asking your doctor or something about it too. Hopefully people with much more experience on here will help you out! It doesn't make much sense if you are under your goals every day altho it will take time…
  • That makes a lot of sense thanks :D there is just soooo much information out there on different ways to achieve it is difficult to know which one will suit my body. Like I said I lost weight before so I know what I am doing but last time I lost more fat than needed and now ive put it back on but seems only around my…
  • yeah I went low carb before and weight shedded fast. But now its more the remaining fat I have on my stomach over my abs that I need to get rid of and as everyone says abs are made in the kitchen . . . So it may be best I cut my carbs slightly more to use the fat to burn instead. But I always have a wholewheat carb meal 2…
  • I would say use a calculator just to see what it says. well worth it :)
  • Yeah I saw some experiments with just eating carbs and eating fat and how they used the energy. . So yeah I understand my body would use fat for energy as well if the carbs were not there to use. So if I want more drastic results should my carbs be less than 160g a day on training days? As it does seem like a lot of carbs…
  • thanks guys! well I guess my activity levels have been up and down a bit recently so might make small adjustments to it . . . but yeah I make sure the things I log have all the accurate protein, carbs and fat. will try and maintain my eating and perhaps move a bit more :) all advice still very welcome
  • No I log everything but sometimes I have like 250 cals left over but ive hit my fat and carbs so i dont eat more. I know i never hit my protein but because of my weight I dont actually need that much
  • thanks all! just thought considering me height of 4ft 11 I may pack on too much too fast . .
  • If you want protein recipes, then proteinpow.com :)
  • I didn't have any fish/sausages or anything with it, just a small portion of chips. Bad day! But I'm under 50g fat and I'm on a bulk at the moment and been training 3x a week weight training a full body routine so hopefully won't set me back too much . . . my TDEE calculator says to bulk between 1800-2000 calories, 40g…

  • my boyfriend is 6ft 3inches and on a bulk. he has to eat 4000 calories a day roughly. for breakfast he has cooked breakfast with potatoes and such, making up about 500 calories or more. then for lunch tomato pasta with Quorn chicken pieces - amazing. and use the pieces for curries and everything too. • a bit more help needed if possible please! Im looking more into my macros now, looks like according to the TDEE calculators and such that I should be having around 2000 calories a day with a 3x full body workout a week to bulk. As people have said for my weight, I only really need 100g protein. If I split my macros…
