The NHS Change 4 Life website has a really good recipe finder and meal mixer. We made the prawn jambalaya the other week and it was delicious!0

Ok, I'll start, I got this recipe from my Grandmother years ago
Beans on Toast
1 small tin Heinz beans
2 slices white bread
Toast bread, heat beans in microwave, put beans on toast.
Nutritional info: loads of protein, bread etc.0 -
I like to cook from the hairy dieters cook books, some of their recipes are online if you search They normally take a bit of prep/ time to cook but I always cook in batch and freeze the rest so much easier on other days:) I particularly like the minestrone soup, jambolaya, and the med beef burgers ( I actually make these smaller than it says as one of their sized portion leaves me feeling too full).0
