Get positive! You can change the way you see some things if you decide to see them differently. It's so important to take charge of your outlook :-) I’ve had basically all the problems you mentioned. You could be like the people above us and just jump around anyways (lol)! Does your apartment have a workout room? Ours has a really small one, but it's done the trick :-)
