My mother was diagnosed with brain cancer. She told only one person and that person told no one. After her death, from a brain hemorrhage, we tried to donate her organs. The conselour who we spoke with about it was the one to tell us she had cancer and they could not accept any organs. I was devastated that she had kept it…

I use "diet" foods to help lower calorie counts while still getting nutrition. 35 calorie bread instead of 50-70 per slice, sugar free jelly, liquid eggs, unsweetened almond milk, fat free lunch meats (only for sandwiches for lunch at work due to high sodium) etc. Eat lots of veggies (LOTS!!!) and stick to low fat meats.…

My boyfriend does! I think I finally got though to him though. He likes to offer me donuts...a huge weakness for me. And Subway meatball subs :(

I use calorieking.com n love it! I found a lot of calorie counts in the MFP database are WAY off. I double check all my fruits veggies and take out food and weigh everything in grams so I can be as accurate as possible!

I got a basic one at Walmart for $17.98. I found I could lose 10 pounds by switching from my right foot to my left foot on my old scale so I went ahead and got a new one. And well worth the $ too. After seeing the added weight put on after a cheat day I have been very careful to not do it again!

I usuallly have rolled oats with cinnimon....maybe a little milk added. It keeps me full for HOURS. Sometimes I do the refridgerator (overnight) oats. I just bought some Cheerios and will try those a couple days but most 'box' cereals leave me hungry after a couple hours.

I LOVE diet mt. dew. I was drinking several ( up to 6 a day!! ) Zero calories!! Little did I know the sodium in it was adding 'water weight '. Gonna drink more water n less soda. :)

I would say it would depend on your day. If you work 2nd or 3rd shift and eat un-tradition times like 'breakfast' at 2pm or 'dinner' at 10pm I'd say log when you finish eating for the day. If you eat dinner at a more traditional time, like 6pm and just happen to wake up hungry at 12:30 am, add that 'midnight' snack to the…
