I believe its because most dieters think that a diet is temporarily. No a diet is not temporarily its a lifestyle! I don't say I'm on a diet I just say I'm on a healthy lifestyle and it works!

Thanks for the help I was doing a check up of days I have completed for example so far I did Insanity and have Day 7 out of 60 completed when I start over and finish insanity I will just say that I did more to make up for the time that I missed.

lol I was looking at this in a wrong angle I couldve sworn it said drop dead to lose weight but anyway certain bread is good for you use whole grain they are very healthy I've been eating it and so far I lost 37 pounds doing it also it helps me stay full for most of the day.

I would say make sure you have enough fiber before doing it and try to do it as soon as you get home it has been working for me that way recently.I know I might be the only guy doing turbofire but still there's guys in video so nothing wrong with it to me and I use to have a woman gym teacher so I don't see anything wrong…

The only problem I know really with fiber is taking in to much that your digestive system isn't used to which will cause stomach aches but once it get used to it you will lose weight faster and It will cause you to take more number 2's lol. Also make sure you do not exercise on a fiber overload I would say no fiber one in…

I dont need any of that I've been losing 10 pounds a month not losing any muscle because I'm stacked on protein and never starving because I go over fiber mostly everyday I'm just putting in what I have done so far to help that might can help him.

No do not eat your exercise calories it will ruin the point you are exercising also I recommend eating more fiber. Trust me it will help.
