Most of the times is not cramps, is how heavy/is a lot. SOMETIMES i have only walk for 5 MIN and I have to go to the restroom to change! same thing, if am at work and I just stand up to grab my copies, wow..... THEN there is when i have to start running the the restroom.. Thats my thing. :(
