I feel your pain. I did the very same thing, gained 20 lbs, but it has taken be a year to gain it. Menopause and bad choices. Tomorrow I am going back to the basics like I did when I first had surgery in 2012. Protein shakes etc. We will see. Good luck!!! You can do this!!

I had my sleeve done December 5th 2012. I have lost 103 lbs. from the beginning of starting it all. I have went 13 lbs below my goal weight and I am in maintenance mode now. Best decision I ever made!!

I tried Unjury protein powder prior to surgery and loved it. But after my surgery my tastes changed and now I cant stand it. I am now using GNC Amped Wheybolic extreme 60 cookies and cream and the chocolate. My advice dont stock up on something you like before you have surgery cause your taste can change.

I sure know the feeling. I am 3 weeks out from surgery. I have days when I dont want to eat anything. Even the protein shakes are hard to get down but I do it. If I force myself to eat something every few hours though I do feel better than when I dont eat anything at all.

I was just talking with my husband last night about having to eat cold food, and having to put things in the microwave all the time. Does make things less appetizing when you have to keep reheating them.

I am exactly the same way. The worse part is though yogurt is sweet and its a good source of protein, but I cant quite take it. I do hope that part changes.
