Yep, love it and spend a lot of time just browsing around. My favorite is the Success Stories -- can't get enough. Even the changes from a relatively small weight change is motivating to me!

I did! I was a total addict - minimum two cans a day - NEVER missed a day (except during pregnancy). Then a friend said, what would happen if you just gave it up?? Try it for 30 days.... And I did. I stopped drinking Diet soda that night and for the next 30 days. The first week was hard, but it got easier. Looked at my…

Soo great! Congrats! ok, what did you really do on those 365 days??? What was your calorie range/exercise? Please tell me you had some "off" days... i'm realy wondering - how "perfect" do you have to be to keep making progress

I just put frozen chicken breasts and a jar of salsa in crockpot on med/high for 5 hours or so -- shred the chicken - can use for anything - burritos, quesadillas, eat plain, nachos (oops, are we supposed to be low cal here?!!)
