Hi! I'm almost 3 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding. Previous to pregnancy I was 254, already overweight. I got up to 268 during pregnancy and now I'm 244. I hope to keep losing weight, my first minigoal is 220 lbs. Texas mother of 3 girls and a 2 week old boy. Add me :-)

I'll add you. This app helped me before (see my post titled New a second time so I'm back). I'm all about eating healthy without punishing yourself. Meaning don't cut out everything you love to eat, just use moderation.

Counting calories sure does seem to be working. I've lost 5 lbs in a week. Mind you I just had a baby 4 weeks ago :) I'm eager and willing to lose this weight (and prior weight from my last 2 babies and failure to lose). I'm awaiting my 6 week checkup to be released to work out, I can't wait! I live in San Antonio, TX one…
