Hang in there. I am a stress eater, too. Unfortunately, I am a stresser, so everything sends me looking for food. I'm trying to do better. One day at a time.

My problem now is that I taught my 9 year old son to make cookies. He likes to make a batch every couple of weeks and I end up eating half the batch.

me again. I am stuck on week 6. I thought that once I was able to run the 20 minutes straight, then I would be able to keep building. Some days I am ablre to run 25 minutes straight, and others I feel like I'm going to die just trying for 20.

This is my 3rd time doing the Shred. I have found that doing it every other day is harder for me than doing it every day was. But, like you, I don't think that I could do both every day.

I am still struggling with these longer runs. I was able to run 2 miles today (24 minutes) but I had to walk a lap before I could run the last half mile.:angry:
