I really like to put 1 cup of Dannon Light and Fit Non-Fat Vanilla yogurt in a bowl with a package of Krogers Strawberries and Cream Instant Oatmeal (not cooked, just empty the package straight into the bowl with yogurt.) it's really good. Well mine isn't a sandwich, it's a wrap. Whole wheat wrap Weight Watchers cream cheese Diced cucumber Honey turkey. It is so good and not that many calories at all!

For breakfast I usually eat 1 cup of Dannon Light and Fit yogurt and 1 package of Strawberries and Cream oatmeal Kroger brand (not cooked, just mixed with the yogurt) it's really good, it tastes like ice cream almost. Its about 250 calories and it leaves me full until lunch time! You should try it!
