We just got back from a 2 week vacation...we walked a ton. It was hot and humid and I made it. I was even the last one standing many of the days. 2 towers and 1 lighthouse climbed on top of it all. Although I ended up breaking my Fitbit...new one should be delivered today!

Try to be active during your vacation...I made sure to have lots of hiking, biking, swimming etc. I like the idea of doing youtube workout videos in your hotel room. Get the blood flowing in the morning before you start your day. Continue to log your meals.
